Trial and quote forms

The details you enter in the form (name, role, company, email, phone, Solid Edge version, industry, number of computers, closed-network need and your notes), used only to review your request and to contact you about it.

Customers and licences

Name, company and billing details, email, phone, licence key, licence period, a technical code identifying the licensed computer, and support correspondence, used to issue, activate and verify licences, transfer them to a new computer, provide support, invoice and meet legal record-keeping duties. Model AI's AI processing runs on your computer: the descriptions, dimensions and models you create are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Who receives it

We do not share your details with third parties for marketing. Where the law requires, we share them with competent authorities and our accountant. Form messages travel through Cloudflare, Inc. and our business email runs on Google Workspace (Google LLC); their servers are outside Türkiye.

How long we keep it

Trial and quote requests that do not lead to a customer relationship: 2 years after the request is closed. Customer, licence and invoice records: for the term of the contract and 10 years after it ends.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, why, and who received it, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to satis@modelteknoloji.net. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
